The Practice And Perfection Of Green Old-age Pension For Urban Elderly People

In today’s society,as the number of only-child families increases,the pressure on pension in urban areas is steadily increasing.Although a variety of old-age models have been gradually developed,including institutional model,community model and family model,they still can not meet the diverse needs of the elderly.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has also actively advocated the socialization of old-age pension and promoted the birth of more old-age pension models to ease the increasingly serious problem of old-age pension.In recent years,rural green retirement has become a new model for elderly people in urban areas.More and more urban elders choose to "de-urbanize" and return to the rural areas to feel the leisurely life of "planting trees in the hospital and enjoying flowers in front of the hospital" Starting with the emergence of specialized rural pension villages to meet the needs of elderly people in urban areas,X Village is one of the model communities in rural areas.By visiting X village,I learned about the mode of endowment and the specific number of pensions in this rural community.I interviewed the urban elders and X village organizers in depth to explore the advantages and innovations of rural green pensions.At the same time,Community "migratory birds" pension staff to conduct in-depth visits to find out the current rural green pension model deficiencies.Through literature collection and field visits,the author learned that at present,there are still some problems such as the failure to meet the needs of the elderly,the backward medical facilities,and the need for further organization and management of village elderly pension patterns.Therefore,the author proposes five points for the above problems Suggestions are as follows:First,to strengthen the training of rural nursing home to raise the level of elderly care services for the urban elderly;second,to improve the service level of rural communities and to further enrich the green pension for urban elderly;and third,improve the construction of medical facilities in rural areas,Fourth,to seek government policy support to promote the industrialization of rural green retirees,while giving full play to the government’s regulatory functions to promote the orderly development of rural green pension patterns.Fifth,It is to strengthen the building of a contingent of professionals and to enhance the level of rural green pension services.
