Psychological Behavior Analysis Of Official Corruption And Research On Preventive Measures

The term "corruption" is not unfamiliar.From ancient times to the present,different countries have faced the problem of corruption and still fight corruption.Since 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has intensified its efforts and adopted different measures to fight against corruption in an unrestricted,full-coverage,and zero-tolerance position.Justice,anti-corruption,and tiger flies have hit together.It is not just a slogan.The country’s high-pressure Anti-corruption has brought shock to countless people.It has also made us see the country’s determination to combat corruption.With the efforts of the Party Central Committee,the form of refusing to rot has already taken shape.However,at the same time,we have also seen that under this high-pressure situation that is fighting against corruption,the issue of corruption remains banned.This proves that the problem of corruption is complex,inflexible,and repetitive.However,the simple approach is to start with only the punishment.Its effect is very limited.In addition to strengthening the investigation and punishment and giving shock to corrupt elements,the so-called “do not want to rot and cannot be rot” is the key to the root cause.The focus of this dissertation is to investigate the official psychology of corruption.Through reviewing the literature,collating materials,and collating the condolences of 100 corrupt officials,the aim is to identify the leading causes of behavior through the psychological commonality among them.Explore the formation and change of corruption psychology.Focusing on the influencing factors of psychological changes in corruption,a specific description of psychological externalization behaviors was performed.This article focuses on the common psychological externalization performance in 9 cases,relying on cases,focusing on a single description of its meaning,form of expression,and psychological causes.Through the analysis of the causes,and referring to the relevant foreign measures for corruption governance,the experience can be used for reference.The aim is to complement each other through the two-way integration of internal and external causes of corruption,so that prevention and punishment complement each other.Provide some suggestions for China’s corrupt psychological prevention measures.
