While the increase in productivity has brought about rapid economic development in the society.At the same time,it has also brought human beings into the "risk society," and other emergencies such as natural disasters,production disasters,and social conflicts,have been emerged in endlessly.Facing the grim situation of preventing and controlling unexpected incidents and increasing difficulty in dealing with them,it is urgent to develop the emergency industry vigorously.However,as the emergency industry has the characteristics of strong comprehensive,semi public and demand rigidity,and it touches many fields,in addition to the development of some areas,the overall situation is still "scattered,small and weak",the degree of industrial agglomeration is not ideal,the industrial chain is not perfect,and the cooperative development is not obvious.This is unable to meet the current situation of public safety in China and the growing security needs of the public.Previous theories and studies have shown that organizational entrepreneurial ability has a very significant impact on the performance of industry chain integration such as mergers and acquisitions integration.In particular,the facilitating role of entrepreneurial capabilities in the industrial chain integration has been generally accepted by scholars.Organizational entrepreneurship Capacity is one of the important factors affecting the success of industrial chain integration.On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing literature at home and abroad,this article firstly analyzes and studies the impact of the organizational entrepreneurial ability on the performance of the emergency industry chain integration,and then builds the organization's entrepreneurial ability and integration model based on the support of the relevant literature to include the integration model into the process of organizational entrepreneurial ability to influence the performance of the integrated emergency industry chain,And integrating the theoretical model of performance.On this basis,senior managers of emergency enterprises in three regions of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei in China were selected as the research objects,and data were collected through questionnaires to empirically analyze the relationship between organizational entrepreneurial ability,integration model,and integrated performance.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: Organizational entrepreneurial ability positively affects integration performance;organization entrepreneurial ability positively affects integration mode;integration mode positively affects integration performance;integration mode plays a mediating role between organizational entrepreneurial ability and integrated performance.The study in this paper examines the logical relationship and influence mechanism between the organizational entrepreneurial ability and the integrated performance of the emergency industry chain,and further uncovers the black box of the impact of organizational entrepreneurial ability on the performance of industrial chain integration,enriches the existing entrepreneurial ability theory and industrial chain integration theory.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the conclusion of the research.It is suggested that in order to improve the entrepreneurial capability of emergency enterprises,it has reference and guiding significance for the development and management practice of China's emergency industry.
