Spontaneous order occupies a very important position in Hayek’s entire theory of freedom and is also a key element in understanding Hayek’s philosophy of society and politics.Hayek’s spontaneous order is generated from various seemingly chaotic orders by a combination of individual acts that pursue his or her goal,which refers to a state of affairs,and the relationship among the various elements in it is So close that people can make some of the correct expectations of the future by grasping it.Spontaneous order has no specific purpose and is abstract,and freedom,competition and rules play an important role in the formation and development of the spontaneous order.In relation to the spontaneous order and the law,the law is divided into substantive law and legislative law,which corresponds essentially to two kinds of order,internal order and external order.Therefore,the law of legislation and the rule of law is actually The correspondence of two kinds of order,the internal order is the substantive law,and the external order is the legal law.Today’s market economic order is actually a spontaneous order.The market economic order fully embodies the advantages of free and efficient spontaneous order and the protection of rights.The spontaneous spontaneous order is not perfect today.A country is rectified through legislation.It is economically correct in the face of economic crisis through macro-control.In terms of welfare provision,the government adopts proactive measures and programs.Hayek’s spontaneous order is of great significance to the governance of the country,whether in law,economy,or the state’s macro-control.
