In December 24,2012,the central government examined and formulated the eight provisions on improving work style and keeping close ties with the masses(hereinafter referred to as the eight provisions).After the promulgation of the policy,scholars from all walks of life examined its effectiveness test continuously.However,most previous studies mostly combine policies with executives,which directly influence the consumption of executive positions and have indirect effects on business performance.But whether from the content of the policy itself or from the perspective of managers,the impact of the promulgation of the policy on ordinary employees is objective,because the policy effect is transitive.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the impact of policy promulgation on the general salary of employees from the perspective of ordinary employees,and further study the sensitivity relationship between employees' pay and performance under the influence.This paper uses the method of empirical analysis to test the effect of policy through the establishment of a model.Based on the positive correlation between on-the-job consumption and employee salary,this paper analyses the factors such as increasing the risk of executive level performance by the implementation of the "eight provisions",and puts forward that the implementation of the "eight regulations" may lead to the possible decline of employees' salary level.On this basis,we examine the above theoretical analysis based on the financial data of 2010-2016 listed companies in China.It is found that the implementation of the eight regulations reduces the salary level of the employees in a certain extent,and also affects the sensitivity between the pay and performance of the enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the implementation policy of the "eight provisions" in the enterprise and rationally arrange the standard of the salary of the ordinary workers in the enterprise becomes a subject of the improvement of the follow-up policy.The main contribution of this paper is to find out the correlation between executive pay and employee compensation,and analyze the adverse effects of mismanagement caused by management risk aversion.
