With the deepening of the integration of the Internet and daily life,the application of information technology is more extensive,and e-commerce is also easy to form.The current sharing economy based on big data has risen along the way,and the value of consumer personal information has long doubled.While big data brings great convenience to our social life,it also seriously erodes the rights of consumers’ personal information.The business operators who are profitable often have illegal collection,use,and disclosure of consumer information in their business activities,and the phenomenon that consumers’ personal information falls into the hands of other third parties occurs from time to time.Consequent behaviors such as cyber fraud,crimes against individuals,and spam messages seriously affect the normal life of consumers.The rise of the concept of consumer’s personal information rights is the result of shifting the legal theory from the network consumer’s right of privacy to the center of information’s attention.Its superior concept is the right of personal information.In recent years,China has continued to increase its efforts in the protection of personal information under the network security and network environment,which is specifically reflected in China’s legislative planning and existing new regulations.However,due to the decentralization of the legislation related to the consumer’s personal information rights in China,there are still difficulties in practical application,and it is difficult to form a unified referee standard.At the same time,how to regulate the emerging shared economy is still at an exploratory stage.Therefore,the research on targeted consumer personal information protection in the representative field of the Internet-based vehicle sharing economy has realistic and theoretical value..Through the inspection of the daily operation mode of the Internet Vehicle and the related literature research,it is found that the network about vehicle platform and network about vehicle drivers have a large number of acts of infringement of consumer’s personal information rights,manifested as unreasonable collection and use of consumer information,disclosure Consumer personal information,damage to consumer information reward rights,etc.This article summarizes the current domestic and foreign relevant legislative provisions and judicial practice,and analyzes the main reasons for the existence of such problems in the current field,and concludes that under the circumstance of keeping the actual framework unchanged,it will strengthen cooperation supervision and establish thirdparties.Complaint Centers,Suggestions to Improve Legislation and Industry Standards,and Strengthen Publicity and Education on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumer Information.
