Research On Performance Management And Improvement Strategies Of Anti-smuggling System In Nanjing Customs

Performance management is an important management tool for improving and evaluating government performance.Domestic and foreign government departments are gradually introducing it into government management practices.With the gradual deepening of China’s opening up to the outside world,the Customs anti-smuggling department,as the national supervision department for import and export management,to establish a scientific,standardized,efficient,and strictly controlled performance management system is an inevitable choice for the construction of modern customs,but also an inevitable choice to achieve Political established Customs,Reform enhencing Customs,Administrate Customs by law,Technological prosperiting Customs,Strict governancing Customs.This article takes the related concepts and methods of performance management as a guide.Through sorting out the current performance management system of Nanjing Customs Anti-Smuggling System,it summarizes the characteristics of the current performance management system,and combines the investigation of the satisfaction of the anti-smuggling police with the current performance management system.The problems existing in the current performance management system of the Nanjing Customs Smuggling System and its causes were discussed.Based on this,through the literature review on the advanced experience of relevant foreign department performance management and the comparative study on the performance management of the customs and public security system,the legalization of the system was proposed.,Explicit ideas,perfect systems,application of results,and incentives for change.
