Research On The Central African Republic Crisis And Its Future Development

Violence in central Africa has been intensified since the crisis in the central African republic.Despite the help of international peacekeepers,armed groups remain entrenched in various provinces.That is why researchers believe that the central African authorities and their international partners cannot stop the growth of violence,and that effective ways of resolving the crisis are not in sight.Why does this fail?Some people think that it is also important for the Central African Government and the United Nations to focus on the resolution of the crisis by disarming the rebels,demobilizing their members and reintegrating them into the society.In addition to the inability of the international forces to establish a proper balance in the management of the opposition,there is also the failure of the Government to respond effectively to the tensions of secession.Other reasons may be the divergence and competition among the various international mediators,which have led to repeated delays in the various solutions to the crisis,rather than a solution to the crisis.For the above situation,this paper is intended to provide sustainable and effective recommendations to the Central African authorities and their international partners.This"paper" argues that the focus of the resolution of Central African Republic crisis should be on the pressure upon rebels rather than endless negotiations-on the one hand measures to cut off opposition sources of funding and maintain a strong military deterrent,on the other hand,programs should be devised to regain the trust and support of ordinary.This paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter mainly introduces the background of Central African Republic crisis,summarizes the research literatures,and introduces the theory and research methods.The second chapter analyzes the origin of the Central African Republic crisis,which leads to the solution in the Central African Republic crisis,so the content of this chapter is in correspondence with the fourth chapter.The third chapter,at another level,analyses the reasons why the Central African Republic crisis has intensified into religion,ethnic conflict and the prevailing hostile atmosphere,under the domestic and international peace efforts.It is clear from this arrangement that the causes of the crisis are clearly different from the causes of the crisis's aggravation.This also shows that in order to solve the crisis thoroughly,we must resolve the contradictions from these two levels.The fourth chapter analyses the efforts of the Central African Republic Government and the international community to resolve the crisis and highlights the programs measures currently being implemented by the Central African authorities.The fifth chapter puts forward the suggestion to solve the Central African Republic crisis.The author is convinced that if these recommendations are implemented,Central Africa may have the peace that is really needed.
