Crisis In The Central African Republic:Causes And Diplomatic Solutions

The crisis is conceived as the set of the demonstrations compromising the continuity of the state and the social order and provoking a rupture of the political stability.However,it is characterized by the bad governance and the deterioration of all structures of socio-economic policies.The CAR is not saved of this situation.Because,the crisis that prevails in this country,is not a simple difficulty of course that one can deal with the remedies of circumstances but,it is a situation that requires that one reconsiders the foundations of the social building,and that from her,one rebuilds it.The democratic non alternation and the ethnicizations of the army that led to the degeneration of the state.It is in this context that,the international community committed to help her.The multiform contribution of this one has been appreciated to its just value,for its saving action in favor of the Central African people.Being given that,the Central African power since several decades has been efficient only in the capital city,Bangui,while all the country sides are governed by the armed rebels considering the permeability of the CAR borders.This notorious failure of the state has put the Central African Armed Forces in movement and it has put some enormous difficulties to the mission of the international community in the pacification of the country.To take out the CAR from this bad situation,the national unity of this people,their patriotism and the educational reforms will be indivisible and strong forever.
