Research On "Internet+government Service" Form The Perspective Of Social Governance

With the advent of the information age,the vigorous development of all kinds of high and new technologies has provided a favorable environment for the innovation of social governance and brought new opportunities.The nineteenth Party Congress put forward the "social governance structure to build shared governance",stressed the importance of strengthening the construction of social governance,social governance system and constantly improve the Party leadership,government responsibility,social coordination,public participation,legal protection of the "Five in One",so as to improve the social governance level of "Four Modernizations".This is the deepening of social governance theory,reflecting the development rule of social governance,reflecting the party's governance concept and keeping pace with the times,guiding the practice of social governance with Chinese characteristics.To promote the development of “the Internet + Government Services " which is the key link to promote the process of the government self reform has a very important practical significance to accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the efficiency of government service,the convenience of the public business,to stimulate the creativity of society.To promote social governance modernization which is the overall goal of “the Internet + Government Services "of reform and foothold,is conducive to the efficient development of “the Internet + Government Services”,the maximization of public interest and improvement of public satisfaction.Thus “the Internet + Government Services " promotes the improvement of the social management system,provides strong technical support for the construction of social governance,provides sharing and communication platform for the realization of service-oriented government,and is conducive to achieving the goal of social governance construction.This paper takes social governance as a theoretical perspective and studies the construction of “the Internet + Government Services” in Xinxiang city.This paper linking “the Internet + Government Service” and social governance and combining “the Internet + Government Service” and service-oriented government construction discusses and analyzes the background of “the Internet + Government Service” according to the connotation of elements of social governance.Meanwhile,by using the method of the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,this paper helps people realize the development of “the Internet + Government Service” in xinxiang city.To establish a logic relationship between “the Internet + Government Service” and social governance positively,to optimize “the Internet + Government Service” level,to analyze the promoting social governance construction,taking Xinxiang city as a case,this paper tries to explore a new way to improve the efficiency of government service and promote service innovation.
