Research On The Rural Juvenile Correction Under The Perspective Of Reintegration Shame Theory

With the continuous development of community correction,community correction in our country has achieved initial results,but the rural community correction,especially rural minor community correction has been ignored by the community.Rural areas in the economic,geographical and other aspects of backward cities,but it also has the urban areas do not have the advantages of the characteristics.Mining,the use of the inherent advantages of rural areas,according to local conditions for rural minor criminals to carry out correction work is to promote community development as a whole cause of the only way.In view of the reality of lagging behind in rural minor community correction,based on the rural community,this paper creatively introduces the theory of reintegration shame into the rural minor community correction.Through the extensive collection of information,elaborated how to correct the juvenile delinquents in rural areas in the perspective of reorganization of shaming theory.At the same time,through the specific cases of correction to analyze the reintegration of shame to correct the process of rural minors and measures to verify the effect of reintegration of shame to promote the development of rural minor community correction.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the following aspects:research background and significance;literature review,definition of important concepts and research methods and framework;The second part is the application of reintegration shame theory in rural minor community corrections.This part mainly includes:the summary of the reintegration of shaming theory;the function of reintegration of shaming theory;the case study on the reorganization of shame function,the feasibility and necessity of reintegration of shaming theory.he third part is the construction two correction modes under the guidance of reintegration shame theory,including the family model,the community participation model and the summary of the two models.The fourth part is a case study of the application of reintegration of shaming theory in the community correction of rural minors.The part of the main analysis of the case,from which to find the object of correction,and adopts to reintegration of shaming of the methods and means to correct the rural minors criminals.It is divided into three stages:the first stage is to meet the needs of corrective objects,change the wrong cognition,cultivate the guilt of crime;The second stage is to restore the social function of the correction object,internalized the shame of crime;the third stage is to help the community correction object rebuild themselves and live actively.The fifth part deals with the challenges of reintegration of shame theory and the challenges faced by rural minor communities,and the relevant suggestions to expand the applicability of reintegration of shaming theory.Challenges included lack of research on the reintegration of shaming theory,the lag of social penalty,the change of rural community structure,and the weakening.Under these challenges,this paper puts forward four suggestions,namely to strengthen the research on the reorganization of shame theory;rural renewal penalty concept;collective consciousness and cultural maintenance and development of rural traditional interdependence;recovery of rural community correction object family function.
