| The Internet has brought many benefits to the community.The role of domain nam es has not only appeared as a function of the initial design of searching for network a ddresses.Domain names can be easily identified because of their iconic or special conte nt,and the value and role of domain names are increasingly People recognize it.Howeve r,the issue of cybersquatting is very prominent.On the one hand,due to the imperfection of existing cybersquatting laws and regulations,it is reflected in the absence of domain name protection laws and related content;on the other hand,it is due to domain name registration management and domain name registration and relief.The problem has made cybersquatting frequent.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the cybersquatting cyberspa ce laws as soon as possible and resolve the problem of domain name cybersquatting.The paper consists of a total of five parts,focusing on the study of domain name cybersquatting legislation,domain name registration management,and remedy for cybersqu atting disputes,as well as suggestions for legal regulation.The first part briefly outlines t he background of the dissertation,research status at home and abroad,and research signif icance.The second part outlines the cybersquatting of domain names and domains.The d omain name includes the concept,structure and legal nature.The cybersquatting part of t he domain name includes the cybersquatting concept and the legal nature.The third part analyzes the remedy methods of domain name cybersquatting disputes,including non-liti gation and litigation remedy.The litigation remedy method will analyze"Yue Yuyu and Z hou Libo’s domain ownership and infringement disputes".The fourth part is the status a nd problems of domain name cybersquatting legal regulations.It analyzes the existing C hinese domain name cybersquatting legal norms and finds that there are problems in th e domain name cybersquatting legislation,domain name registration management and dis pute relief.The fifth part is the suggestion to improve the cybersquatting regulation,and puts forward three reasonable suggestions for the status of cybersquatting and the existi ng problems. |
