Hainan Province To Cultivate And Practice The Socialist Core Values In Voluntary Service Research

As the central point of the whole Socialist Core Values System,the Socialist Core Values itself embodies the fundamental nature and the characteristics of the system,and reflects the full connotation and practical requirements of the system.It must be stressed that these values are the high conciseness and the concentrated expression to deliver the sophisticated system behind them.The 19th CPC National Congress's report read that,in order to cultivate and practice the Socialist Core Values,we should stress the pioneering power of the education and the gradual development of the practice,which can be transformed into people's emotion consensus and behavior habits.Through promoting the institutionalization of the voluntary service,the whole province,even the nation,needs to raise.the sense of social responsibility,support the awareness of rules,and advocates the spirit of dedication.Therefore,the voluntary service,aimed at advancing social progress and personal happiness,accounts of a great proportion in cultivating and practicing the Socialist Core Values.After a long period of development,Hainan Province has achieved seas of positive results in the cases of mass participation,training system construction,and job-security system establishment.However,it is still necessary to stand on the problems existing in Hainan's voluntary service to discusses how to make its voluntary service more efficient and effective in cultivating and practicing the values.In this thesis,the author adopts several means of research,such as the literature research,the questionnaire method,the qualitative analysis and so on,to summarize actual deeds in the aspect of the voluntary service which have been conducted by the municipal government during the cultivation and practice of the Socialist Core Values.Meanwhile,the author probes into the barriers and causes which have limited the upsides under the above circumstance.In the later part,some corresponding countermeasures for improvement suggested by the author will state their feasibility publicly.The thesis consists of three parts:an introduction,a text and a reference.And the main points of the text go as follows:The first chapter begins with the relationship between the voluntary service and the Socialist Core Values,expounding the vital role played by the voluntary service in cultivating and practicing the set of values.During the specific analysis,it also lists some resonance raised by both volunteerism and values.The second chapter claims the general information about the voluntary service and the effects when cultivating and practicing the Socialist Core Values in Hainan.The third one,on the basis of questionnaire and interviews collected from the local,points out that there are many problems in Hainan's voluntary service,for example,the insufficient recognition on the values,unbalanced treatment toward the form and the effect of the voluntary work,imperfect system and mechanism in the municipality,and unclear theme of the Socialist Core Values.In addition,the paper discourses causes of those problems and their consequences during the process of cultivating and practicing the Socialist Core Values.The last Chapter puts forward counteractions further sorted by the author,for one thing,to strengthen the role of volunteerism in the cultivation and practice of the Socialist Core Values,for another,to promote the best integration of the volunteer service and the Socialist Core Values in Hainan Province.
