Study On The Calculating Systerm Of Public Sector Staff Standards

Since the reform and opening,with the rapid development of economy and society in China,the demand for public management and service has been increasing day by day,and the staffing of public sector has become a scarce resource.How to improve the management level of organization establishment,and how to make rational and efficient allocation of resources in a certain amount of work,so as to maximize the effectiveness of the establishment,is a problem that needs to be studied and solved urgently.In recent years,our country has made some achievements in the construction of standards for the establishment of institutions,especially the establishment of standards for the establishment of institutions.But as a whole,China has not yet set up a comprehensive public standard calculation system.This paper uses literature analysis and comparative study on empirical research method,statistical analysis method,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis method of relevant influencing factors for public sector in-depth study,summed up the population,economic development level,regional area,administrative levels and other macroeconomic factors and micro factors and functions,personnel quality and ability,to social organization.Quantified,and put forward the path strategy and system security establishment standard measurement system of public sector.In addition,related data from D County Township macro factors empirically demonstrated,household population,standard for Public Sector Township and township economic.development level and the area of the 3 macro factors are highly correlated positively correlated,among them,the greatest impact of household population.On the basis of this research,using SPSS regression analysis to determine the township public sector staffing standards and household population,and the area of GDP is linear relationship,establish calculation standard of public sector Township scientific model.
