With the change of population age structure,China's aging population is becoming more and more prominent,and the aging degree is gradually deepening,however,there are many problems in the training of old-age service personnel.In this paper,through literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods,analysis of Harbin city endowment service talent team construction is lack of quantity,unreasonable struction,educational background,professional level is relatively poor chillers and based on the experience of the foreign pension service personnel training,the analysis of the existing old-age service personnel training in Harbin cultivation mechanism is not sound,lack of culture conditions,direct and indirect problems such as lack of government support,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Structure is as follows.The introduction part analyzes the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,and summarizes the research reviews at home and abroad.In the second part,the elderly in the institution are given question-naires to understand the service needs of the elderly in Harbin.In the third part,the nursing staff and manage-ment personnel of pension institutions are investigated separately to learn about the current situation of the elderly service talents in Harbin.Then analyze the existing problems.The fourth part mainly analyzes the reasons for the problems of the old-age service talents in Harbin.The fifth part summarizes the experience of foreign service talents training.According to the actual situation of Harbin city,this paper will make suggestions on the cultivation of the old-age service talents in the last part.
