The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to firmly establish the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,cultivate and practice the core values of socialism,accelerate the advancement of the Marxism in China and popularize it,and further strengthen and arm people with scientific theory.And above all,we must strengthen the construction of Internet content.In recent years,the popularization and application of the Internet has penetrated everyone’s life,work and study.According to relevant statistics,as of December 2017,the number of Internet users in China reached 772 million,and the proportion of Internet users using mobile phones to access the Internet reached 97.5%,of which mobile phone student groups accounted for24.8%,and the proportion was still high,indicating that the use of new "micro" things to access the Internet has become one of the main channels for college students to obtain information.The "micro-era" Internet communication has broken the limitations of time and space and has become an important propaganda carrier.Therefore,China’s "Opinions on Cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values" also explicitly states that the core values of socialism should be disseminated through online propaganda,integrated into online culture and network services,and occupy network positions.How to develop the socialist core values of college students through the use of micro-carriers in the "microera" has become an important issue in ideological and political education in universities.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly analyzes the relevant background of the "micro-era",including the research background of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,the relevant definitions,the significance of the research,the research methods,and the theoretical preparation for the thesis research.The second part is to analyze the cultivation status of "micro-era" college students’ socialist core values.It mainly analyzes the cultivation status of socialist core values of "micro-era" college students through questionnaire survey.It is believed that through various efforts,some achievements have been made in the cultivation of the core values of "micro-era" college students.However,there are still some deficiencies,which are mainly manifested in the impact of traditional public education model on the Internet public opinion transmission mode,the complexity of network information leading to the weakening of the core values of the main control,the distorted phenomenon of the new media dissemination of the socialist core values and the virtual environment causing the moral and legal awareness of college students.The main causes of these deficiencies are the lack of understanding of the "micro-era" and the cultivation of college students’ core values,the lag in teaching methods,the lack of new media,and inadequate laws and regulations.In the third part,it analyzes the ways of fostering socialist core values of "micro-era" college students.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this article further proposes the basic requirements for nurturing the education on values of college students,and defines the methods and specific paths for carrying out the education of "micro-era" college students’ values.There are ideological requirements,concept innovations,method cultivation,platform applications,and optimization of the communication environment.In order to verify this article research results,based on the ubiquitous learning theory and the hybrid learning theory,the "micro-era" socialist core value cultivation experiment design was carried out.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and forms the research conclusion.
