On The Cultivation Of Collectivist Values Among College Students In The New Era

Collectivist values are the moral principles of socialism,the ethical tradition of the Chinese nation,and the values that the sons and daughters of China strive to follow in the new era.To promote socialist modernization in the new era and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need to unite with collectivist values.However,under the current trend of globalization,various social trends of thought are stirring and intertwined,especially the Western trend of thought represented by individualism,utilitarianism and hedonism is increasingly impacting China’s collectivist value system,resulting in the dilution of mainstream ideology,which has an all-round and deep-seated impact on our people,especially college students.Therefore,it is imperative to accelerate the improvement of the cultivation of collectivist values of college students in the new era.Based on this,this paper adheres to the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,and is committed to accurately grasping the current situation of college students’ collectivist value cultivation in the new era,and comprehensively analyzing the problems and causes of college students’ collectivist value cultivation in the new era,which is of great significance for improving the cultivation of college students’ collectivist values in the new era.Based on the background of the new era,this paper takes college students as the research object,under the guidance of Marxism and its Sinicization theory,and integrates traditional Chinese collectivist thought and moral education abroad thought to deeply expound the relevant theories of collectivist values and their cultivation,so as to clearly define the relevant concepts of college students’ collectivist value cultivation in the new era.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that although the cultivation of collectivist values of college students in the new era has achieved good results in cultivating platforms,cultivation models and cultivation effects,there are also problems of insufficient concept innovation,insufficient utilization of resources,poor environmental construction,and incomplete mechanism construction.The main reasons are that the traditional concept of examination-oriented education is solidified in the moral education classroom,the lack of connection between the subjects of"student-family-school-society" weakens the joint force of cultivation,the agitation of social thought and negative information on the Internet dissolves collectivist values,and the actual operation of the mechanism system is not effective.To focus on solving existing problems and promoting the high-quality development of the cultivation of collectivist values among college students in the new era.we must innovate and reform the concept of cultivation,coordinate cultivation resources,optimize the harmonious cultivation environment,and establish and improve the cultivation mechanism.First,based on the reality of college students and with the help of online media to promote self-education,innovate ideas,combine the requirements of the times and select hot materials to enrich the cultivation content.The second is to coordinate school education,self-education,family education and social practice education,tap multi-directional cultivation resources,mobilize multiple subjects to work in the same direction,and enhance the joint force of cultivation.The third is to follow the evolution law of "knowledge-affection-intention-action",start from the reasonable demands of college students,promote the overall environment construction with theoretical knowledge publicity and moral role model demonstration,and optimize the cultivation atmosphere.The fourth is to comprehensively grasp the cultivation process,set up a complete closed-loop mechanism of the cultivation process based on the classroom teaching mechanism,the "tripartite linkage" evaluation mechanism,the practice cultivation mechanism and the guarantee mechanism,and improve the cultivation system.It pays attention to the organic integration of the above four aspects,and provides new ideas for the theoretical research and practical promotion of the cultivation of collectivist values of college students in the new era.
