Research On Interactive Communication Of Nanjing Network Policy Forum

With the development of network technology and the acceleration of the process of democratic politics,the Internet government has become a new form of public participation in political life with its unique influence.The Network Policy Forum is one of the most widely used and authoritative online policy platforms for public participation in government affairs.As a sub-item in the website of the Nanjing Municipal People's Government,Nanjing Network Political Consultation Forum has a high degree of authority and credibility,and has become the primary network policy platform for Nanjing citizens'political interaction.This paper selects the Nanjing Network Political Consultation Forum as the research object.It uses the 3587 postings published by the Nanjing Internet Governance Forum from March 1,2017 to September 30,2017 as research samples,and conducts research using content analysis and text analysis.After summarizing the principle of good interaction based on the literature review of scholars' interactive communication,and establishing a system of indicators suitable for analyzing 'the interactive communication research of Nanjing Network Policy Forum,it has established a good interactive foundation,a high degree of common concern,and timely Four dimensions of information analysis and shared emotional interaction.This interactive interactive communication system for online forums was used to interactively analyze the forums to study the current status and problems of the Nanjing Interactive Forum..Observations show that every day,Nanjing Network Policy Forum has forum users to post new questions on the forums,and network spokespersons and forum users communicate and communicate with each other on an equal footing.The contents of political posts are close to reality and close to life,and can cause forum users.The common concern formed a good interactive pattern.However,the level of citizen participation is not high,the public opinion is not strong,and the digital divide is widespread;the government' s dominant role is insufficient,and network spokespersons have returned to rigid,inflexible,and other phenomena;the use of images,expressions,etc.Less is the lack of language for daily use,which affects interactions between forum users,forum users,and network spokespeople.There are fewer secondary interactions and circular participation.Therefore,Nanjing Internet Governance Forum should focus on increasing user stickiness and mobilize the enthusiasm of forum users for interaction.Forum users and network spokespersons should also be more diverse in their forms of reply.They can express their opinions in various forms such as text and pictures.In addition,the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department should strive to improve the network spokesperson system and provide a strong institutional guarantee for the good conduct of the interaction between the government and the people.Persist in perfecting the organic combination of online and offline interaction so that interaction becomes a good bridge between the government and the public.The Nanjing Municipal Government should also play a leading role in advancing the balanced development of network politics and establish a good relationship between the people and the government from the source.
