With the advancement of the "Belt and Road" Initiative,Chinese investors are investing more and more in Indonesia.It is expected that China will continue to maintain this momentum in the future and is expected to become Indonesia's largest source of investment in Asia.However,when labor disputes arise between Chinese companies and Indonesian laborers,Chinese companies are often unfamiliar with the Indonesian labor system and cannot timely and effectively resolve labor disputes and safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests.This article describes in detail the Indonesian labor dispute resolution mechanism through the general structure of the total score.The Indonesian labor dispute and the Indonesian labor dispute resolution mechanism are introduced using the comparative method and literature analysis method.In accordance with the order of Indonesia's legal labor dispute resolution mechanism,Indonesia's labor dispute negotiation system,mediation system,reconciliation system,arbitration system and labor relationship court are successively introduced.Analyze the similarities and differences between labor dispute resolution mechanisms in China and Indonesia,learn from the merits of the Indonesian labor dispute resolution mechanism,improve the labor dispute resolution mechanism in China,and put forward practical suggestions for Chinese companies investing in Indonesia.China should establish pre-negotiation procedures for consultations and mediation,adjust the link between arbitration and litigation,establish a "or adjudication or litigation" system,improve labor dispute litigation procedures,and establish labor relationship courts.Chinese companies investing in Indonesia should respect Indonesian religious culture and avoid controversy.They should take the case of the KJL Indonesia branch company as a warning,befamiliar with and comply with Indonesian laws and regulations,and when labor disputes occur,try to use non-litigation methods to resolve labor disputes and avoid litigation.
