China is a multi-ethnic country.The stability and prosperity of ethnic areas is related to the prosperity and prosperity of the country.The level of the rule of law in ethnic affairs is related to the construction of the rule of law in China,and it is related to the stability and prosperity of indigenous areas.Enhancing the rule of law in an all-round manner and the rule of law in ethnic work are an important part of this.The proposal to govern the country in accordance with the law will further advance the development of the rule of law in the administration of national affairs in China.Hainan Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County is a national poverty-stricken counties to enhance the legal status of ethnic affairs governance in Baoting County,not only can promote the exchange and blending among different ethnic groups,help Baoting County and the whole country to simultaneously build a well-off society in an all-round way and promote economic health and rapid Development,increase residents 'income and promote the modernization of ethnic affairs governance of local government,but also enhance the overall legal literacy of the people in Baoting County to meet the residents' aspirations for the pursuit of spiritual and cultural development.We will contribute to realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by promoting the legalization of ethnic affairs governance,upgrading the capacity of governing ethnic affairs,promoting the economic development of Baoting,realizing the goal of alleviating poverty and realizing an overall well-to-do society,power.Through the research on the legalization of ethnic affairs in governance in ethnic areas,we must uphold the Chinese characteristics and adhere to the specific analysis on the basis of local conditions and specific problems.We should find suitable ways for local people to safeguard national unity,promote economic development,and achieve an overall well-to-do society.This thesis focuses on the development of legal affairs of ethnic affairs governance in Baoting Li-Miao Autonomous County of Hainan Province.By referring to relevant documents and materials,we can understand the research results on the legalization of ethnicaffairs governance and conduct field research on Baoting County.I twice in three months in Baoting County,Hainan Province,on-site research,respectively,in November 2016 and March 2017,April,during the research process to collect and sort out the Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County Based on the theoretical basis of the legalization of Marxist ethnic affairs governance in our country,combined with the theoretical knowledge of ethnology and law,this article analyzes the survey results of Hainan Province,especially Baoting County,and analyzes the nationalities of Baoting County The problems existing in the rule of law and the rule of law are explored,the reasons are summarized,the experience is summarized,and then the suggestion of raising the level of rule by law of ethnic affairs is put forward so as to promote the legalization of ethnic affairs and safeguard the unity of nationalities and the development of national economy.Since the law-based construction of governing the country in accordance with the law and national work has been put forward,there are many research results both at home and abroad,but they are fragmented and there is a lack of empirical research.Based on the legalization construction of governing the country according to law and ethnics work,this study conducts an empirical investigation into the legalization of ethnic affairs governance in the Baoting Li-Miao Autonomous County combining Hainan's national theory and law-related knowledge.Conduct cross-disciplinary analysis.The object of this article is the combination of rule by law and the legalization of ethnic work in ethnic regions.Through field investigation and analysis,it is found that the legalization of ethnic affairs in our country is still at an initial stage in general.At present,although some achievements have been made,problem.Based on the analysis of the results of the field investigation in Baoting County,some constructive suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide a realistic basis for Baoting Li-Miao Autonomous County to play a positive role in building harmonious ethnic relations,maintaining social stability and developing local economy.At the same time,it will provide reference for carrying out ethnic work in ethnic autonomous areas in the new era and providing theoretical basis for promoting the harmonious development in ethnic minority areas.
