Research On Government Supervision Of Telecom Industry In Big Data Era

The information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of The People’s Republic of China on the economic operation of the communications industry in November 2017 shows,the total number of mobile phone users in three basic telecom enterprises in China has reached 1 billion 410 million,of which the total number of 3G/4G users is 1 billion 110 million,accounting for 78.9% of the number of mobile phone users.Information and data infrastructure has been popularized.The development of Internet of things is also booming.Human beings and machines are producing huge amounts of data communication and data precipitation every day.The era of big data has arrived.The speed up and drop charges of administrative measures to promote the traditional telecom industry to accelerate into the universal,and has the property of strong public utilities,telecommunications industry competition has become the pure price war,according to the current mode of development will only continue to increase the internal friction,the industry is not conducive to long-term stable development,so a new round of telecom restructuring is imminent.The emerging China Telecom industry has also raised new problems for the telecommunications regulators.For example,how to supervise and promote the development of the industry better,in the face of the challenges of telecom industry supervision in the era of big data,how to supervise and protect consumers’ rights and interests is more comprehensive.This will be through the following six parts of the big data era of telecom regulation is discussed: the first part of the introduction mainly elaborated the research background,research significance,research status,research methods and tools,research ideas and main contents of this article;the second part discusses the necessity of government regulation of the telecommunication industry;the third part elaborates the development course and inadequacies of the government supervision in the telecommunication industry;the fourth part elaborates the government supervision and improvement suggestions for telecommunication industry in the era of big data;the fifth part is conclusion.
