Research On The Moral Basis Of Citizens’ Law Abiding In China

Nowadays,China is in the great process of socialism law practice,and the core to realize the rule of law is that citizens must abide by the law.In the process of citizen compliance,the moral foundation of the law is crucial important.The moral foundation of a nation’s citizens to obey the law is that the laws enacted by this country must conform to the requirements of good law.China has formed a relatively complete legal system,which has formed a basic legal system of value system and provided the necessary moral foundation for citizens to obey the law.However,in terms of the advanced form of the rule of law,the moral attributes of our constitution and other departments are still inadequate.Firstly,the paper systematically introduces the meaning and precondition of citizen’s abiding law moral foundation.Secondly,it profoundly expounds the current situation of the moral basis of civil law in our country and the problems exsisted,which including that each department all have good moral foundation in our country,but compared to ideal state of the moral foundation under the rule of law is still insufficient,there is a conflict between the value assured and there is not sufficient scientific method to the evaluation standard of system configuration.What is more,the paper explains the reasons for the above problems from the massive perspectives of legislation and China’s national conditions.Lastly,the author puts forward some theoretical suggestions on the coordination,balance and scientific and rational allocation of the value of the current law.The thesis mainly using the method of value analysis and comparative analysis,By analyzing the value concept based on the domestic and foreign relevant research,analyze the current problems of the moral basis of law-abiding citizens and the causes,put forward theoretical suggestion to our country citizen to obey the law of moral foundation.
