The Comparative Study Of The Path Of Rural Governance In China

Nowadays,our country is in an economic high speed development of the reform period.In this stage,our economy continues to reform,development and innovation,we also step into open development environment from closed development environment,and we are more and more adapted to the process of marketization.The prosperity of any objects will cost double effects,as the development of market economy,rural governance in China has taken an opportunity to both challenges and chances.We should take an objective view in cultural consciousness of free development,open social system,non-public economy and other reform phenomenons,these problems are a double-edged sword,they need us take the scientific view to control and guide.Three rural issues has been a major problem for China’s economic development,our party and government carried out comprehensive reform,and continuously put forward new policies to support it,and encourage and guide the rural grassroots governance and construction,in the meanwhile,our countries are continuously explore a new way to development for themselves.I’m taking public management angle and using comparative analysis,literature analysis and case analysis and other scientific research methods to compare the path of rural governance of huaxi village,xiaogang village and tangyue village.Governance body,governance condition,governance method and governance effectiveness are my mainly analysis parts.According to the analysis,we can see characteristics of three villages and the influences of rural governance.In the end,through the experience of three villages;I hope it can inspire other countries and provide a new thinking.Full text structure arrangement is as follows:the first part is the introduction part of my thesis,mainly talk about the background and significance of my thesis,and it includes both inside and outside experts and scholars on the research of the rural governance in recent years;The second chapter I explain the concept and characteristics of the governance first,and expounds the present situation of rural governance in China,then separately three aspects from the main bodies,patterns,and difficulties of rural governance to describe;The third chapter analyses the governance path of three representative cases:Huaxi village,Xiaogang village and Tangyue village,mainly from their governance bodies,conditions,methods and effectiveness to analyze;The fourth chapter is a comparison of three cases village through the last chapter to study;The fifth chapter is based on the previous analysis results puts forward some suggestions and opinions to other countries development and governance in our country,.The last part is a summary of this thesis.Rural governance is not an easy work.Good rural governance needs nation’s support and society’s help,it also needs villager’s action for themselves.Only have a good foundation of rural governance so that we can achieve rural modernization development.Because of rural modernization,we can achieve china’s modernization.From my opinion,only to enhance the quality and level of rural governance that our dream of country modernization will come true.
