Research On The Chinese Communist Party's Culture Of Political Party Since The New Century

Since the founding of the party,the communist party of China has gradually shaped and developed a ruling culture with distinctive characteristics in the long-term political practice.However,the party's cultural construction has not attracted enough attention in academic circles.In the 21st century,in order to better respond to the needs of the development of the ruling party,the academic community began to study the culture of the ruling party and try to construct the political party culture system.At present,the academic circle has achieved fruitful results on the basic issues such as the path of innovation in the development of the connotation structure of the party's ruling party culture.On the basis of this,the author tries to analyze the party culture of CPC in the new century with a view to enriching the existing research.This paper follows the longitudinal and transverse comparison,systematically demonstrate the competitiveness of the Chinese communist party's culture since the new century.First of all,on the basis of what research object and why study,establish the analysis framework of CPC's cultural in the new century.Decomposition to the communist party of China party culture,formed by the communist party of China party culture of advantage,needs to be improved,the challenges facing,opportunities,four elements as the main content of matrix model,and through the analysis of the Chinese communist party's cultural level of internal factors,determine the concrete analysis of the above four factors indicators,thus formed the analysis framework.Secondly,in order to better understand shaped new century historical tradition,the present development of the communist party of China party culture articles made a longitudinal combs.Finally,according to the analytical framework,the method of horizontal comparison is used to analyze the party cultural of CPC in the new century.The e advantage of the party culture of the communist party of China is mainly manifested in the more scientific nature of the more advanced guiding ideology of values in the spiritual and cultural level.The superiority of the more reasonable structure of the political party system in the system culture level;The more advanced value orientation and the quality of keeping pace with the times in the behavioral culture level.The key aspects of the party culture of the communist party of China include the individual political psychology in the spiritual and cultural level to guide the pluralistic values of the party members.In the institutional culture,the party system consciousness of the party system is weak and the party system is not rational enough.To solve the four problems in the culture of behavior,the problems of the mental outlook of party members and cadres are not good.The Chinese communist party's culture since the new century is facing three aspects opportunities from international and domestic and party:the trend of cultural exchanges,building socialism with Chinese characteristics,comprehensively strength party discipline.The severe challenge is mainly from the three aspects of the international internal party:the impact of multi-cultural game in the globalization era,pressure on China's social transformation,the threat of subculture within the party.At present,in order to promote the construction of the party culture as a whole,the communist party of China from the party construction of spiritual culture constnuction system culture behavior culture construction three aspects,to overcome the unfavorable factors in the development of the political party culture,expand the political party culture advancement.
