The Study On Youth Development Of The Communist Youth League Of State-Ownes Enterprises

In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary ⅪJinping proclaims solemnly to the world,a new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics has been there,and this is the new historical position of China’s development.It has become the largest historical background to develop all the business,study all the problems and implement all the measures of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era.State-owned enterprises are important material base and political base of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as important pillar and relying power.The communist Youth League of China is the advanced youth mass organization led by China Communist Committee,and undertakes fundamental historical tasks in in this new historical position as the assistance and reserve force.Youth league organization of state-owned enterprises has a dual attributes of material base and assistance and reserve force,which faces many challenges under the new historical conditions:in recent years,there exist four common four problems including weakening,desalination,emptiness and marginalization in the party’s construction of some enterprises,leading to the increasingly declining status of communist youth league,and resulting in low prestige and weak influence among the youth due to lack of resources and right of speech.Now,changes are taking place in life style,thinking model and getting-together way of the masses of the youth,which has brought a big challenge for organizing,mobilizing,rallying and serving the youth by communist youth league.It is the fundamental task for the organization of the communist youth league endowed by the Communist Party to cultivate builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,youth league organizations of state-owned enterprises must consider the development of youth service as the core business of self-construction to make the best of it.The paper starts with the backgrounds at all levels of youth league organizations of state-owned enterprises,with the help of public administration,sociology,organizational behavior,human resource management theories etc.,applies the method of linking theory with practice,takes company A under certain Group as example,introduces the ways and methods of normally conducting ideological guidance,cultivating multi-skilled talents,building platform to show styles for excellent youth,and enriching the youth’s spare time life adopted by the current youth league organization under state-owned companies for the development of youth service,and deeply analyze the existing problems including inefficient play during the development of youth service,effect discount of the development of youth service,lack of innovation and creative of the development of youth service,and lack of entity resources of the development of youth service etc.The reasons that cause the situation are the marginalization of the status of the communist youth league,the weakening of league cadres team construction,lack of effective investigation for the youth in new age,and lack of effective communication with party and government of the enterprises,and then a countermeasure will be proposed that fully implement the requirements of strengthening the Leaue self-discipline,and constantly strengthening the organizational construction of the communist youth league,establish and perfect the full-round performance appraisal mechanism of the communist youth league of state-owned enterprises,and stick to party construction driving the communist youth league construction to seek more physical resource for youth development.
