| From the angle of the public security organs,this paper makes a deep study of the current situation of government information in accordance with the application,and analyzes the problems existing in the system of application for publicity,and puts forward ways and suggestions for solving the problems.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the basic system in accordance with the government information disclosure,respectively,by explaining the concept,legal basis,legal interpretation analysis etc.,the disclosure of government information upon application of a comprehensive introduction and analysis.The second chapter is the public security organs according to the status of the application of open government information analysis in Fujian province and municipal public security organs of government information disclosure work according to the situation as an example,a comprehensive analysis of empirical,summed up the current public security organs of government information disclosure work according to the present situation and facing the main application type.The third chapter is the public security organs on the disclosure of government information analysis of the existing problems,from two aspects of procedural and substantive legal analysis of the public security organs in accordance with the application open there,one by one through theoretical explanation and case analysis methods in-depth analysis.The fourth chapter is to improve the public security organs in accordance with the government information disclosure system,from establishing and perfecting the legal system and optimize the working mechanism of the two aspects,puts forward some opinions and suggestions of the public security organs on the disclosure of government information system problems. |
