Interpretation And Study Of Law Of Escape:focus On The Fourth Volumes Of Yuelu Qin Bamboo Slips

The newly published fourth volumes of Yuelu Qin bamboo slips,include Tian lv,Ju lv,Cang lv ect.more than 20 kinds Law form,especially the law of escape hasn't been seen in shuihudi tomb of bamboo,which provides the study of Qin legal issues with the new perspectives and great amount of information.In this paper,the author discusses the legal problems of flee along with the similarities and differences of escape were analyzed between the Qin and Han Dynasties.The structure of this essay is divided into three parts,except for the introduction and conclusion part,the text is again divided into two series.The first chapter focuses on the content of wang lv with comment,translation and interpretation.Also there are notes related to the expansion of specific words like redemption,room person,grown-ups and children,fine penalty,accusation,surrender and so on.The content of the interpretation and research is based on author's arrangement but still the respect of the original lay out of the organize team,so that the 105 pieces of bamboo slips is divided into about 30 parts in accordance with the common crime subject,common punishment,common purpose and other related criteria.The next chapter is about the research of flee based on the the fourth volumes of Yuelu Qin bamboo slips,along with the combination of the recorded escape problem 0in Shuihudi tomb of bamboo and Zhangjiashan Han tomb Bamboo Slips.The first section concludes the main contents appeared in the last chapter like flee,hide,money penalty,escape law related articles,law and order.The second section studies the legal issues seen in wang lv.To sum up the comparison,the classification being done is accorded to the different subjects of the fugitive,the officials,wives,sinner,slaves and other type of people.Among which the subject of wife is made up of the flee of the wife,married to someone after fleeing along with be married to the escapee.The govern on escape of sinners in the Qin and Han dynasties are mainly focused on the escape of working prisoner.The publication of the law is targeted to solve the deepest social problems and the same with the publication of wang lv,the summary of the problems encountered,see through the social background of Qin escapee,but also provides information for the comparisons to be done between Qin and Han Dynasties.
