To truly implement the rule of law in accordance with the rule of law,the primary requirement is to do legislation,justice,law enforcement,law-abiding and other aspects of the law according to the law,and there are laws,and which,administrative law enforcement can be said to play a leveraged Key role.In China there is a special way of administrative law enforcement,called sports law enforcement,in practice,often referred to as "special governance","assault law enforcement","centralized remediation" and so on.This kind of administrative law enforcement mode with obvious "movement" has become a very important means of governance in China.However,in the academic,many years of sports administrative law enforcement has been suffering from the various criticisms of scholars.After years of experience,scholars have studied the rationality of this particular administrative law enforcement model after scholars have experienced long-term criticism.That is to say that the criticism of the law enforcement began to reflect on the reflection of pure criticism is rational and reflect on the law enforcement itself in the criticism of the prevailing existence of reason.Although there is reflection,but this reflection is not enough,there is a lot of space worth to study and explore,and even how to improve the future of sports law enforcement research,are still in the theoretical and academic state to be developed.Based on this foundation,this paper attempts to reflect on the current situation of China 's sports law enforcement itself,and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the future development of sports law enforcement.This article has shared four parts,from the analysis of the phenomenon of movement law enforcement,and then explore the law enforcement of the law enforcement form in China for many years of experience-that is,sports law enforcement "and" "The problem,which is essentially revolving around the rule of law.Including the third part of the next movement of law enforcement analysis,and even the fourth part of the rule of law reflection.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,from the perspective of the rule of law on the two major issues to explore this issue,that is,from the perspective of the rule of law on the phenomenon of law enforcement caused by those critical ideas to reflect on,as well as law enforcement law enforcement Behind the phenomenon of hidden policy selection issues to reflect.Based on the above,the phenomenon of the phenomenon itself,the causes,the pros and cons,and the motion behind the law enforcement ideas to sort out the analysis,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures thinking,that is,in the case of reality can not completely abolish the sports law enforcement even The future for a long period of time still need to frequently use this law enforcement in the form of the premise,in order to make it better play a role,more in line with the spirit of the rule of law to amend,reform,from a wide range of angles to make up for its shortcomings and bring "side effect".
