Foucault ’s study of micro-power is one of the greatest contents in the history of the twentieth century.Foucault used microscopic perspective to analyze power from the perspective of relativistic theory,treating power as a power relationship."Discipline Power" is a core concept in the Foucault ’s micro-power theory.It is a lightweight,well-manipulated power technique for human flesh,behavior and posture.It is mainly used to practice individuals through hierarchical monitoring,standardized adjudication,inspection and so on.To create a docile body in accordance with certain rules of action.Foucault called modern society a "discipline society",where community corrections are served as correctional personnel outside the prison,and are also the field in which the discipline power is applied.In the field of community correction,the discipline power is mainly through the power of technology and power means to operate.Power technology is mainly in three aspects: the space,time,physical control of the body.Disciplinary means mainly include the level of monitoring,standardized ruling and inspection.The combined effect of power technology and power means constitutes the operational mechanism of community correction rules.Freedom is the prerequisite for the existence of power relations,power that only be imposed on the "subject of freedom" can exist,the existence of power depends on the resistance to power.Community correction offenders are also on the network of the discipline power,also with their own unique technology and strategies to exercise the impact of the mechanism of operation,mainly as follows: obedience,indifference and resistance.Community correction is both punitive and restorative,and the discipline power is more focused on creating a docile body in practice,and weaker than the "person" behind the "flesh".The involvement of professional community correctional social workers can effectively improve the problem,mainly from the following aspects: examine professional value,clear professional position,provide professional services and reconstruct the discourse system.
