Research On Emergency Arbitrator Rules In International Commerce Arbitration

The emergency arbitrator system evolved from the pre-arbitration procedure,and in recent years the arbitration rules were introduced by the major arbitration bodies.However,the rules of arbitration are different from the design of the system.The practice of the arbitration institutions is different from that of the arbitration institutions.The implementation of the interim measure is the focus of the system.Whether or not the interim measure taken by the emergency arbitrators are finality in the arbitral proceedings,countries hold different attitudes.After the introduction of the system in 2014,the implementation of the situation is not satisfactory,showing that China’s legislative deficiencies.This paper attempts to explore the development process of the emergency arbitrator system,compare the arbitration rules of the major arbitration institutions,and elaborate the emergency arbitrator system in international commercial arbitration according to the implementation situation of our country.
