Research On The Education And Training System Of Government Cadres In H District Of Guangzhou

The progress of the country,the perfection of the social management and the development of the economy,need to rely on the high quality cadre troop to realize,but the high quality cadre troop.The education and training of cadres of the formulation and carry out not only need to have a pilot,but also need to have the basic,but also need to have strategic,how to develop and improve the education and training of cadres in the world has become a very important direction.Building a well-off society in China is at a crucial stage of the key,facing the deepening of reform and opening up and accelerate the transformation of economic development challenges,to study the problem of cadre education and training system in development and improvement of education and training of cadres is to improve performance and enhance the overall quality of cadres is the key.This dissertation briefly describes the background and objectives of the education and training of cadres in China,expounds the history and evolution of training;combined with the author in the work experience in the H area sentiment,with the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods,summarizes the development H area of nearly ten years,in the analysis of H region at the present stage of cadre education and training system and its problems on the basis of the analysis,the specific reasons;and learn the advanced concepts and methods of foreign civil servant training system,finally put forward some of my own thinking,to explore a more efficient system of education and training of cadres,expect to make the work to improve and promote the work of the government functions to play better.
