In 2008,the community drug treatment were written into the "People’s Republic of China Drug Law" as a new drug addiction measures,which made the community drug treatment legit.However,after nearly nine years of practice of community drug treatment work.Problems such as community drug dependence difficulties,lack of funds,lack of social participation and many other real problems revealed.Community drug treatment is facing enormous opportunities and challenges.The existence of these problems restricts the development and effectiveness of community drug treatment.We need to think about the above problems and come up with solutions and methods in order to make our community drug treatment to be effective.So that drug users can move on and start a new life.This paper introduced the summary of community drug treatment first.Then combined with the United Kingdom,the United States,Germany and other foreign community drug treatment model and the domestic city such as Kunming,Shanghai and other cities in the community drug treatment practice.After analyzing the causes of the problems community drug treatment has faced with currently,such as the community society and the lack of laws.The writer has some ideas and thoughts of the solutions to the problems above.Hopefully,it can be helpful some way to solve some of these problems.
