Reseach On Social Support Of Endowment Of The Only-one-child Family

The comprehensive two children policy was proposed in the 15^thh Plenary Session of the18^thCPC Central Committee on Oct.29,2015 and the new law was published on Jan.1,2016.It means the age of the only-one-child family in China ended and the age of two-child family will come.However,the only-one-child family is a kind of family which is in risk,and the most terrible problem is losing their only child.In fact,the only-one-child family in China exists now and will exist in the future,so the only-child-lost family must exist and the number is increasing.Therefore,the pension of the only-one-child family should be paid more and more attention to.And helping the only-one-child family isn’t a short-term,so how to help them is important.Because the level of social security is low,this paper took the only-child-lost families in Zhangye as the research object,carried out a detailed investigation and analyzed the endowment demand of the only-child-lost families in Zhangye.A variety of methods were used to explore the basic living conditions of the only-child-lost families and the author made a comprehensive analysis of their trouble and difficulties.Based on the research,the author tries to find out an analyze the reasons and come up with some useful suggestions.It’s hoped to provide some useful suggestions for the government.
