Social Support Theory Perspective Of The Loss Only-child Family Pension Construction

In the 1970 s, for the population growth in harmony with the economic and social development, China government plans to the family planning policy, and it was formulated as the basic state policy. The family planning policy has controlled the growth of population, and it makes a contribution to the economic and social development. But, the other hands, it brings potential hidden danger, because of children’ accident and disease, it makes some single-child family lose hope, and they shape a group of special groups---loss of single family. Most of those families have reached middle-aged, and lost the only child, and it makes them suffer hitting from physical and psychological. In recent years, with a huge number of loss of single family,the speed fast of growth, the endowment problem of loss of single family is increasing,and it is paid attention to by society. So, studying the endowment problem of loss of single family has important theory and reality influence of perfecting endowment system in China, non-perfected related policy about loss of single family endowment and so on, the lack of social support system are that the government should solve important society problem urgently.The paper, loss of single family in Harbin as the research object, the social support network as the theoretical basis, discussed and analyzed the endowment problem of loss of single family, summarized the social support system of endowment problem,combined with maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and provided the theoretical to the endowment problem and endowment service problem of loss of single family.The paper, through literature research method, in the past few years, analyzed and studied published literature and newspaper journal from the scholars and government units about the endowment problem of loss of single family, knew the existing situation of each of districts, analyzed the endowment demand of loss of single family from material, spirit and life three aspects. Based on interviews and field research method, the paper, visited loss of single family in Harbin, combed the basic situation of loss of single family in Harbin, analyzed and discussed the endowment problem of loss of single family in Harbin and the lack of social support system, supported endowmentadvises, and perfected the endowment social support system of loss of single family in Harbin. I t made government solve the endowment problem of loss of single family, and constructed a harmonious society.
