On Legalization Of Same-sex Marriage From The Perspective Of Equality

In the history of the world,homosexuality and same-sex marriage legalization has been the focus of the problem,Holland,Denmark,Belgium and Canada and other countries have allowed same-sex marriage.In recent years,the legalization of same-sex marriage is growing tide in the world,the United States earlier case,Mike Cornell Windsor case has caused intense controversy of the U.S.Supreme court.In 2015 the United States Supreme Court ruled that the case of Oberg Phil,same-sex marriage law.Recently,Taiwan and Mainland China have also appeared some cases about same-sex marriage legal dispute.In this paper,we want to discuss the equality of same-sex marriage and heterosexual marriage,the nature,characteristics of marriage and the equal distribution of marital rights.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is some introduce.In 2015,the US Supreme Court promulgated the related ruling on same-sex marriage begins by questioning the parties about the case of fierce leads to the significance of this study,and briefly introduces the basic structure of this paper.The second part is of the combination of several controversial theory embodied the legalization of same-sex marriage in the classic case,focus on that is discussed in this paper,the problem of equality and equal to the perspective of the legalization of same-sex marriage is the problem.At first this paper reviews the most famous about legalizing gay cases and analyzes several controversial factions,the legalization of same-sex marriage problems although contains many different aspects of the dispute,but the problem is still the most equal as the core,it cannot be separated from the other disputes,the core of this paper will start with a problem of equality.The third part of equality are analyzed,including the essence of equality,equality and how to reflect,by election as an example talk the operation mechanism of equal and relationship of each part of the analysis,the distribution of marriage in how to operate under the mechanism of equality issues.The fourth part explores the nature of marriage analyze the equal distribution in these factors which influence the rights of marriage,the marriage is what factors affect marriage and equal rights allocation.This paper briefly analyzes the essence of marriage through the analysis of the differences of several views of marriage,and the question of whether the same sex marriage accords with the essence of marriage under the theory of equality.In the last part of the article,the author makes a conclusion that the legalization of same-sex marriage is opposed to the reproduction of marriage,example the interests of the children of the gay marriage,marriage good retention of response and analysis,the final conclusion.
