The Research Of The Marxist Ownership Theory Development Brought By The Mixed Ownership Economy

Mixed ownership economy seen as an economic phenomenon has been associated with the history of reform and opening up.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Party,actively developing the mixed ownership economy has become the consensus of the whole society.However,from theory to practice,how to develop a mixed ownership economy has aroused different viewpoints and an intensive debate.On the one hand,from the perspective of western mixed economic theory and property right economics,it is considered that developing mixed ownership economy is a common way in the world to solve the low performance of state-owned economy,which is conducive to the development of market economy.One the other hand,from the perspective of socialism political economy with Chinese characteristics,the mixed ownership economy is the realistic choice of the primary stage of socialism,which is conducive to the complementarity between the state-owned economy and the private economy,and to consolidating the dominant position of the public ownership economy and the common development of the various ownership economies.To clarify the theoretical origin and practice basis of the mixed ownership economy,we must carry out our study and discussion on the basis of the Marxist ownership theory development brought by the mixed ownership economy.Ownership is the core issue of Marxist theory,and public ownership is the basic economic characteristic of socialist society.China carries out the public ownership as the main body,and many kinds of ownership economy develop together in the primary stage of socialism,and the mixed ownership economy is an important realization form of the basic economic system in our country at present.Its development situation directly affects the future of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics fate.This thesis tries to analyze the theoretical origins of the mixed ownership economy by combining the ideological basis of Marxist ownership theory and combining with the beneficial achievements of the western economic and social development to make theoretical guidance for the development of the mixed ownership economy.This paper expounds the development of Marxist ownership theory from the three aspects of ownership structure,ownership realization form and property right organization form,which elaborates the mixed ownership economy in public and private integration,labor union and property right combination.In the analysis of each aspect,this thesis is trying to combine the theoretical basis and practical experience with the economic form of the Western countries’ adaptation to the socialization of production,in order to prove the rationality of mixed ownership of economic development,and offer guide to its development.
