A Study Of Xi Jinping's Thought Of Rule By Law And Its Value Of The Times

The rule of law,as the basic way of governing the country,is an important symbol of the progress of human civilization.Making further work to study of the rule of law theory,to promote China's rule of law in accordance with the law,to take unswervingly the path of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and make progress toward the goal of building the rule of law in China,mark great theoretical and practical value.The Communist Party China,as known to all,has always attached importance to the study of the rule of law theory and improvement of the practice.Faced with the new historical opportunity,Comrade Xi Jinping's thought of law based governance represents a new stage in the field,which is of great value to guide the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and thus the requirements are needed to systematically and in-depth study.This paper,classified into four parts which the introduction of this article is not included,aims to explore Xi Jinping's thought of ruling of law.The first part mainly studies the generation logic of Xi Jinping 's rule of law,including the background of the times background,theoretical origin and practice foundation of Xi Jinping' s rule of law.Two parts are analyzed in background of the times: the international context of the opportunities and challenges and the plight of the domestic situation.The origin of the theory mainly consists of the contents of the western advanced rule of law civilization,the Chinese traditional rule of law culture and the Marxist legal thought.In the end of paper,the author analyzes the practice foundation of Xi Jinping's rule of law from three aspects: the basic experience and the outstanding problem of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The second part shows mainly the interpretation of the connotation of Xi Jinping's rule of law,mainly including the general goal,the core problem,the task and the basic work of Xi Jinping's rule of law,and the lifeline and key point of the rule of law thought.The third part mainly studies the characteristics of the times of Xi Jinping's rule of law,and it is also one of the innovative points of this paper.It mainly summarizes the following characteristics: the strategic theory of foresight,the strategic proposalsof foresight,and the practicality,to take into account the reform,seeing the micro-known dialectical.The deep meaning of times of Xi Jinping's rule of law is introduced through the analysis and generalization of these characteristics.The fourth part mainly studies the value of the times of Xi Jinping's rule of law,including the theoretical and practical value.The theoretical value is embodied in the enrichment and development of the Marxist theory of the rule of law,followed by providing theoretical guidance for the rule of law.The practical significance is reflected in the comprehensive build a well-off society,providing the strong protection for comprehensive and strict management of the party as well as to a escort to deepen the reform.Five aspects are included above to promote the modernization of the national governance system;accelerate the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In short,based on the current situation,this article analyzes the contemporary rule of law in our country and makes an in-depth study and analysis of the background,profound connotation,characteristics and value of the times Xi Jinping's rule of law,aimed to contribute to the academic research on Xi Jinping's rule of law.
