Presently,our country is still in the primary stage of socialism,the increasingly serious social problems,the economic and social development faces enormous challenges,can hardly be completely solve the problem of the aging of the population,will severely restrict and affect the sustainable development of economy and society.Based on this,the country must attach great importance to the problem of aging population,will be incorporated into the routine affairs management process,the establishment of a complete set of old-age service system,in order to solve the problem of population aging.With the development of China’s economy growing steadily,how to improve the elderly living standards,and constantly enrich the spiritual world of the elderly,will be one of our country long-term work.Based on this,this article selects the Z community endowment situation as the research object,the main approach,found that the Z services community service pension old-age pension services early results,and gradually improve the community endowment service every day perfect,but there are also problems of service facilities are not perfect,the lack of funds,single service project and professional service personnel shortage,the main reasons of the problem between the government support is not enough,the lack of relevant laws and regulations and supporting departments lack of collaboration,and effective management mechanism is not perfect and the service concept is not clear lead.Referenced the practice of community service for the aged in Britain,Singapore,Japan and China,draw relevant inspiration mainly include:to adopt diversified pension,community pension service on-demand division,construction conforms to the national pension law system,the local government’s strong support,make full use of resources within communities and encourage social forces to join.Finally,put forward some suggestions to improve the community endowment.That is to redefine the role of government,strengthen the leading role of government,strengthen the community autonomy construction,strengthen propaganda,improve the community endowment service concept,and so on.
