Work Force:State Power Intervention Mechanism In Land Reform

It relies on the Oral History Project of Central China Normal University Institute of China Rural.This paper selects the Shimen community of Henan Province as a studying c ase.I have Interviewed 12 elderly people in the village.There are two rich peasants,three middle peasants,four farm labourers and six poor peasants in accordance with the composition of land reform.I have Interviewed 12 elderly people in the village.There are two rich peasants,three middle peasants,four farm labourers and six poor peasants in accordance with the composition of land reform.Combination of the local related files and the oral material of 12 elderly people in the village,illustrates the development situa tion at different stages for different village.On this basis,analyzing the Work Force,as a representative of the state power,how to participate to village community and what the d egree of the involvement,and exploring the internal shaping process and methods of the village.This article considers,village land reform is carried out under the guidance of the W ork Force,they on behalf of the state power participated in each stage of the Land Refor m.The Work Team completed anti-hegemony bandits work,cleaned up the huge old forc es that stand on the opposite of the new state authority,so that state power within the vill age had been further extended.Organizing Peasant Association,that played as a power s upport for the poor peasants,and organization dependence for the Work Team when exec uting Land Reform work,and Peasant Association is extension of the state power within the village.In addition,from fighting the Landlords,confiscating landlords wealth to redi stributing the wealth,the Work Team controlled the situation thoroughly,that reflecting p uissant intervention in the Land Reform of the state power.The Land Reform always stressed that "Division" and "Fight",by means of the "Di vision" produced a class division and class antagonism,and through the class antagonism to achieve the "Fight".The Work Team,relying on obvious selective forces,clarified the guidance of the construction of a new authority.Overturning the old authority,establishi ng the new village authority pattern with underlying farmers as the main force.Based on the class division,further strengthening the class opposition,clarifying the difference of politics status,through politics difference limiting and compressing the landlords and ric h peasants social contacting space,and reconstructing the social networks of the poor pea sants.Through the complaint,the concept of class was implanted into people more deepl y,and class contradictions intensified.The poor peasants fighting against the landlords,t hat make the poor peasants and landlords completely in opposition,realizing the maximu m distance of the two classes.Fight the landlord,is subversive repression of the oppositio n class.The result of the wealth distribution is also dominated by class antagonism.
