At present,China's total population has exceeded 1.4 billion,accounting for about a quarter of the world's total population.China can be called a real population power,but the contradiction between the allocation of existing medical and health resources and the basic needs of the people is still very prominent.In terms of medical resources,China is still an underdeveloped country.In recent years,with the continuous escalation and occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts and sudden public health events in various parts of the country,the problems of doctor-patient relationship and public health security have become extremely sensitive and tense,and even more,because it involves the vital interests of all the people,it has aroused public debate and discussion.In this context,the creators of medical documentary film take a documentary view of the complex reality of the current social medical field.The systematic study of medical documentary aims to analyze,sort out and summarize the shortcomings of the existing medical system in the medical activities of different individual lives,respond to the call of people for a new round of medical system reform,and finally promote the progress and development of social civilization.From the perspective of life subject consciousness,this paper attempts to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on nearly 30 domestic medical subject documentaries: the first chapter explains and differentiates the definition of medical subject documentaries and life subject consciousness in combination with the academic circles at home and abroad;the second chapter analyzes the life subject consciousness patterns of three major groups in medical subject documentaries The third chapter analyzes how the creators express the life subject consciousness of patients,doctors and others with narrative perspective,narrative issues and narrative structure,and the reasons why the creators use this method to express their life subject consciousness.The fourth chapter discusses voice modeling and image rhetoric respectively The fifth chapter discusses and reflects on whether the domestic medical documentary can deal with the problems of law,social ethics,professional ethics and other social aspects while expressing the subject consciousness of life.
