Contemporary On-Site Art Research

This paper aims to study site-specific art in the contemporary context,that is,to study the site in site-specific art.The basic idea of this research is: the reductive study from the state of the site to the site itself.As the name implies,the present state of site-specific art will involve the concept of the present of site-specific art,its part of art history,as well as its art creation and art works which are generally attributed to it.The site itself of site-specific art is the original dimension revealed through these ready-made visible presence states.In short,this paper is to study the origin of site-specific art.In the overall train of thought of this paper will be divided into three chapters: first chapter,from the art history and phenomenology Angle,in this chapter,first on the site to art history,art this phenomenon in the process,will be on the site situation,background of art and art history context,such as specific discussion content.The discussion on the background factors of site-specific art is mainly carried out from the two aspects of the motivation of art history and the epistemological factors in art,while the research on the context of art history of site-specific art mainly analyzes several art phenomena such as minimalist art,process art and land art.On this basis,from the art cases involved,the nature of the site itself in the art site is reduced.The art cases tracked are mainly based on the provisions of the history of art.The second chapter is to study the embodiment practice of site-specific art,which,in the understanding of this paper,is the unreflected unity between the state of the presence and the site itself.In specific study,this chapter will mainly from consciousness,language,event,behavior,and the flesh of the Angle in the closely related with people,the study of the nature of body to the field of art things first understand its present state,and then based on the present state for source of revealing the site itself.In addition,the art works selected in this chapter are not limited to the usual types of art and the differences between China and the west,but the direct use of the art cases suitable for the analysis of this chapter from the perspective of phenomenology.Therefore,contemporary art phenomena in China are the main focus,supplemented by art phenomena outside China.The thirdchapter describes the structure of the site itself,which aims to directly present the structure and state of the site itself.In this chapter,emphasis will be placed on the presence of consciousness itself(the intention)and the continuity of the flesh(the whole of being understood as a body in itself).In other words,the main purpose of the study in this chapter is to combine the structure of the intention itself and the state of the body itself with the pure concept of the site,so as to provide both the site itself with the indication of the road and the original dimension of the site itself for the intention and the body.In conclusion,the full thesis logic thinking from the field of site-specific art history aspects,to the field of site-specific art and of practice with the true creation,then to the site itself structural show organic process,and throughout the study of the research method is the type of visual art phenomenology reduction,in the research of the reducibility,involving both the general concept,is also deep into the field of site-specific art.
