| The secretary plays an important role in the administrative system,communicating the overall situation,and ensuring the implementation of decisions.This article takes the Confucius Institute at Lancaster University as the research object,investigates the management of its administrative secretary,and then analyses the Chinese and foreign secretaries of the Confucius Institute under the British working environment to find out its working rules.In terms of research methods,this paper uses questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,literature reading method and condition analysis method to study secretaries of British Confucius Institutes.The innovation of this article lies in combining secretarial work with Confucius Institute for the first time,expanding the scope of Confucius Institute research,providing a new idea and direction for Confucius Institute research,and enriching the types of secretarial workers.Secondly,through the research in this article,scholars hope to provide working methods to the secretaries of other non-profit cross-cultural organizations to promote the development of similar institutions.Finally,this article hopes to promote the further optimization and upgrading of the Hanban training system and make training more professional.Sex and talent selection are more targeted.In terms of conclusions,this article believes that among the various administrative staffing arrangements of the Confucius Institute,the administrative department model with the highest professionalization of secretaries is "Confucius Institute Manager + Foreign Secretary + Chinese Secretary".It takes into account the characteristics of the Confucius Institute manager in the UK working environment to focus on organizational management and decision-making.The Chinese and foreign secretaries jointly undertake the secretarial work of the organization.Under such conditions,the Chinese and foreign secretaries also have their own divisions of labor,different ranks,and different roles,which can give play to their respective advantages.At the same time,in terms of strategies for improving secretarial work,we believe that Hanban,the Confucius Institute,and the secretary must work together to make changes to make the secretarial work of the Confucius Institute. |
