The Study On The Characteristics And Dynamic Development Of New Economic Words From 2006 To 2016

The economy is an important part of the social field and is closely related to people’s production and life.New economic terms reflect social economic development and changes in a certain period,and the material production and reproduction activities of people engaged in production,exchange,consumption and other activities,which are the true portrayal of social life.This article takes economic new words from 2006 to 2016 as the research object,and mainly discusses the external characteristics,the origin and creation of economic new words from a static perspective.The paper examines the development trend of economic new words from a dynamic perspective since 2006.It aims to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis of new economic terms.This article mainly includes the following six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter introduces basis and significance of topic selection,research status and content,corpus selection,innovation and difficulty.The second chapter is an overview of new economic terms.Firstly,the new economic terms are defined and classified.Secondly,it makes quantitative statistics and analysis on economic new words from the three aspects of syllable structure,formation method and part of speech.The third chapter investigates the origin and characteristics of new economic terms.New economic words mainly come from new creation,foreign absorption and new meanings of old words.In addition,It is pointed out that economic new words have the characteristics of simplification of word meaning,aggregation of meanings,and morphemization of exogenous syllables.The fourth chapter is the generating motivation and creation methods of new economic words.The reasons for the emergence of new economic words are mainly due to the combined effects of social factors,cognitive factors and the influence of language system.The creating methods of economic new words are mainly divided into morpheme combination,grammatical analogy,rhetorical transformation and abbreviation.The fifth chapter is mainly a dynamic investigation of economic new words.On the based previous studies,this article defines the vitality of new economic terms.Secondly,with the help of the newspaper category in the database of People’s Daily Online,the dynamic curve chart of economic new words is developed,and the dynamic development trend of economic new words is analyzed with examples.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis and points out the deficiency.The development of economic new words is predicted: disyllabic words and three syllable-words occupy the main part;the increase of abbreviated letter words;the activity of new words created by the rhetoric method is not high.
