Teachers occupy a dominant position in classroom teaching,so the overall quality of the class is mostly determined by teachers.In the field of Chinese teaching,a large number of novice Chinese teachers appear every year.When these novice Chinese teachers firstly contact with Chinese classes,they always tend to have improper teaching behaviors,which affects the overall quality of the class.Teaching behavior refers to all actions taken by teachers in order to complete teaching and help students to study.Such as narration,questioning,instruction,classroom management,etc.This study uses video recording as reflection method,several problems were found out in my teaching behavior.Therefore,I've decided to combine my own teaching experience and use action research as a research method in order to improve my own teaching behavior,improve the overall quality of the classroom,and provide a case reference for the career development of novice Chinese teachers.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter discusses the origin,purpose and significance of this research.The feasibility of this research is demonstrated on the basis of action research theory and behaviorist psychology.At the same time,it also summarized the predecessors' research on action research and teaching behavior.The second chapter introduces the design ideas of this research and the survey scale.The research is divided into two parts,one is the qualitative analysis of teaching behavior,which is the process of action research;the other is the quantitative analysis of teaching behavior.The design of the scale combines predecessors' research and actual situation,a survey scale for telling behavior and questioning behavior is designed.Finally,the research method of this paper is introduced.Chapter 3 describes the entire action research process,which includes three rounds of action research.The first and second rounds of action research areconducted under self-reflection;the third round of action research combines self and external reference.The fourth chapter is the research conclusions and suggestions.Based on the above research process,teaching behavior problems and development characteristics of novice Chinese teachers are put forward.The study found that with the help of action research,the teaching behavior of novice Chinese teachers at the technical level has been greatly improved,however the teaching behavior at the internal level has not been improved significantly in a short time.Finally,we put forward the shortcomings and regrets of this action research and gives some suggestions for the improvement of teachers' teaching behavior.
