Contemporary Construction Studies On Mongolian Traditional Art In Xingmeng Township,Tonghai County Under The Context Of National Identity

The inheritance of a nation’s excellent culture is not only the guarantee of national prosperity,but also conducive to the enhancement of national identity.An ancient place,Xingmeng Township,Tonghai County,Yuxi City,Yunnan Province,with its unique historical background,was in a state of "missing connection" with the Mongolian "headquarters" of the northern grassland in the early stage.After the founding of New China,with the support of national policy and its own various push,it was able to restore its "Mongolian" identity authentication.This paper focuses on the path of the contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional art in the context of the acquisition of "Mongolian" national identity by the Mongolian people in Xingmeng Township,and tries to explore the confirmation and strengthening of the construction of contemporary traditional art to the national identity.In the research practice,the main methods are literature analysis,field investigation and in-depth participation in interviews.With the help of anthropological theory of national identity and sociological theory of constructivism,and in the context of ethnic identity,the path of contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional art in Xingmeng Township,which is carried by costume art,residential buildings,folk songs and dances,folk activities and festivals,is that assimilation and adaptation,imitation and borrowing,adjustment and innovation,cooperation and integration are analyzed in depth and in detail.This paper explains the functional significance of the contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional art in Xingmeng Township in the explicit identification of national identity,the internal molding of national spirit and the interactive sharing of national culture.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,main content and conclusion.The main part is divided into: First,the village context of Xingmeng,from its natural habitat,village groups and unique village culture,presents the existence of the Mongolian traditional art in Xingmeng and the actual situation of inheritance and development;The second is to analyze the path of contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional art in Xingmeng from the cultural and artistic events suchas costumes,folk houses,music and dance,folk activities and festivals;The third is to explain the functional significance of the contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional art in Xingmeng from the aspects of national identity and national spirit.Finally,the article emphasizes that the contemporary construction of Mongolian traditional culture and art in Xingmeng Township is the explicit expression of national identity and plays a role in confirming national identity.
