The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that our Party should not only govern a large socialist country with more than 1.3 billion people.To be competent,one must also be highly skilled.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to attach importance to,study and learn from history,and to put forward a series of new ideas and new ideas and new demands on how to build a loyal and clean and responsible cadre.All the dynasties of our country attach great importance to the core issue of leadership and employment,five thousand years of history has accumulated rich and valuable wisdom of the use of human thought,especially as the legalist Dacheng Han Feizi,in his book "Han Feizi" put forward a series of rich and characteristic leadership concepts,the leadership behavior of today still has positive value and enlightening significance.Taking ancient as a guide and critically inheriting the employing thought contained therein,it can open up a new way of thinking to solve many problems that arise in the actual work of leading cadres today.This topic makes a systematic and comprehensive interpretation of Han Fei's employment thought from the perspective of leadership science,summarizes the origin and theoretical basis of Han Feizi's leadership thought by using literature research,comparative research and case studies,analyzes the inner logic of Han Feizi's leadership and employment thought,and puts forward its employment thought to "seek profit and avoid harm" The concept of human nature,the concept of righteousness of "re-interest and justice" and the contradictory view of "opposition compatibility" are the logical starting point,thus drawing the basic criterion of "ruling by circumstances".Through a comprehensive summary of the various links of Han Feizi's leadership thinking,including the process of employing,evaluating and rewarding punishment,as well as the quality of the monarch as a leader in the process of leading the employment,it should form a systematic ideological system,with a view to providing a certain realistic reference to the current leading cadres in the employment link.
