The Heritage Of Folk Under The Vision Of Intangible Cultural Legacy

“Long Tassel Drum” was born with the trend of "learning from the national folk and culture” at the founding of new China,during the process of " fengyang flower drum "gradually turned into" long tassel drum ",it reflected that the dance forms will change due to the migration of its main carrier "people ",as long as different regional culture characteristics and mutual confluence.The formation of “Long tassel drum” is the expression of the spirit of The Times and the intuitive expression of the inner feelings of the people in the early days of the founding of new China.The dance is decent and passionate,gentle and powerful,soft and confident,which contains thousands of years of Chinese traditional culture.“Long tassel drum”,a dance form which full of power and beauty,should be inherited and protected,as well as the promotion of our national traditional culture.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage protection,this paper explains,summarizes and analyzes in detail the manifestation,training system,development status and various factors of the development of Long Tassel drum.By searching literature,interviewing inheritances of intangible cultural heritage and learning stage works in person,we can learn about the Long Tassel Drum and try to have a complete and comprehensive understanding of this dance form,so as to find a method of inheriting and spreading Long Tassel drum.Chapter One first describes the concept of intangible cultural heritage,and from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage explain the protection and inheritance of folk dance and the meaning of folk dance protection.Chapter Two elaborates the historical origin and development status of Long Tassel drum,and makes a complete summary of the characteristics of dance props,movements,music features and training system,to guide teachers and students to teach,practice,perform and arrange long tassel drum step by step,and to study and discuss the practical operation of dance.Chapter Three,starting from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage,investigates and analyzes the reasons affecting the inheritance and transmission of Long Tassel drum,and discusses the development strategies and objectives of Long Tassel drum at the present stage.Chapter Four,to guarantee the accuracy of the article research perspective,starting from the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage,combined with the analysis of the inner and outer causes,comprehensive analyze the current situation of Long Tassel Drum,then provide personal recommendations to the existing problems as the following:(1)Strictly and systematically cultivate the inheritor of long-tassel drum.(2)Absorb similar experience of intangible cultural heritage of dance.(3)Create and grasp development opportunities and develop diversified communication channels.(4)Follow the mass line and attach importance to communication in rural areas.(5)Planning the development route of long tassel drum from a long-term perspective.To sum up,we should pay great attention to the current development problems of Long Tassel drum,rationally apply the protection policies of intangible cultural heritage,actively promoting various activities conducive to its development,and apply for a higher level of intangible cultural heritage projects.While trying to develop channels externally,we should also strictly cultivate inheritors and expand the team of Long Tassel drum inheritors internally,so as to add color to the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
