Research On The Characteristics Of Art Talents Training In Lanzhou University

The talents training feature is a comprehensive effect that involves all aspects of talents training.It can reflect the characteristics of talents training in all directions and from all angles.It reflects the university’s school running characteristics,cultural characteristics and subject characteristics.It is a long-term education practice and talents training in universities.The unique characteristics of talents training.Driven by the “double-class” construction,by virtue of the advantages of running a university,it promotes connotative development,builds the characteristics of talents training,and promotes the improvement of the quality of higher education in China.It is the survival and motivation of universities.The cultivation of artistic talents is closely related to regional culture,national culture and national strategy.As the only “double first-class” construction class A university west of the Hu Huanyong Line,Lanzhou University’s art talents training has formed unique aspects in terms of training objectives,professional settings,teaching systems,hidden courses,teaching evaluation,teaching staff and employment and entrepreneurship.The talents training experience has created favorable conditions for the development of artistic talents training,but it also faces certain difficulties.This research takes Lanzhou University’s artistic talents cultivation as the starting point,analyzes the admission system,talents cultivation model and graduates of Lanzhou University’s College of Art,and uses the literature research method,investigation research method and case study method to summarize the artistic talents cultivation in Lanzhou University.Four characteristics formed in the areas of curriculum,teaching,practice,and scientific research,namely: practical activities combined with regional culture,the use of local ethnic resources in the teaching process,talents training closely centered on the national development strategy,and the use of scientific research platforms to promote student growth.The vitality,enhancing the competitiveness of universities,and realizing the diversified development ofhigher education are of great significance.However,due to the constraints of regional environment and practical problems,the cultivation of artistic talents at Lanzhou University still faces the dilemma of narrow subjective living space,similar professional training goals,shallow integration of local cultures,less international exchange activities,and poor structure of teachers and scholarship.In this regard,this study proposes that to promote the characteristic development of the cultivation of artistic talents in colleges and universities,five basic points should be adhered to: first,to open up diversified development space;second,to establish humanistic training goals;and third,to base on localized talents training.Fourth,promote international resource sharing,and fifth,build professional teachers.Talents training should not be homogeneous,but should be pursued on the premise of ensuring the quality of talents training.The cultivation of artistic talents is the core link to improve the quality of artistic talents cultivation,it is an important way to highlight regional culture,and it is also a key measure to enhance market competitiveness.Only by getting rid of many difficulties can the cultivation of artistic talents truly take the road of characteristic development.
