Exploring The Narrative Strategies Of Domestic Female Growth Films

Based on theories of film dramatization,feminism,and narratology,this article combs the development and current situation of domestic female growth films,attempts to analyze the narrative strategies of domestic female growth films,and summarizes domestic females through comparison,examples,and empirical analysis.The three narrative features of the film: One is that the domestic female growth film has a basically consistent story structure with the "change ritual" story proposed by the famous Hollywood screenwriter Black Snyder in his screenplay theory book "Save the Cat";the second is that the domestic female growth films basically use traditional linear causal narrative as their narrative structure,highlighting the problems encountered during the growth of female characters;the third is that a large part of domestic female growth films adopt the indefinite internal focusing mode,and use double or multiple mirrors to construct female characters to show the plight of women.In addition,this article also applies these three narrative features to the creation practice of domestic female growth films-the movie script "Get Out",through practice to summarize and reflect on the diversified path of female growth films.
