The archaeological report is an important carrier for archaeological investigation,excavation and the publication of research results,and is the basic material for archaeological research.The current Chinese archaeological report still basically follows the layout of the archaeological report "Chengziya(Black Pottery Cultural Site in Longshan Town,Licheng County,Shandong Province)" published in 1934.With the improvement of field archaeological work,the development of archaeological theory,archaeological disciplines The increasingly close connection with the natural science disciplines has improved the level of field archaeological work,changed the thinking of relics classification,and added new research perspectives.The quality of archaeological reports has been significantly improved.Until today,a pattern has been formed that emphasizes the release of archaeological data,archaeological research,and multidisciplinary research.This article organizes and analyzes the "hardware" and "software" of many archaeological reports in the past 100 years of the development of modern archaeology in China over the past 100 years,and organizes and statistically analyzes the "hardware" and "software" of many archaeological reports,including authors and editors,decoration design,publishing institutions and their The level,the chapter arrangement of the report and the compilation method,the relic release unit,the multidisciplinary comprehensive research method and many other elements,from the above aspects,analyze and study the archaeological report compilation process and its paradigm changes,and summarize the archaeological report compilation process in China.The four stages of experience,affected by the development environment of archaeology,are basically in line with the pace of the development of archaeology in China.They experienced the initial and early development from the 1920 s to the mid-1960 s,and the mid to late 1960 s to70 The period of stagnation and recovery in the middle and late decades,theperiod of comprehensive development from the late 1970 s to the end of the century,and the period of maturity and transformation since the 21 st century.
